Support Our Students
Our students are driven by a mission to serve, yet financial hurdles like tuition, supplies, and the costs of field deployment often stand in their way. Supporting our scholarship funds offers vital assistance at pivotal moments in their education. Together, we can empower a diverse new generation of public safety professionals to complete their training and lead with excellence, unhindered by financial strain.
MACEM&PS Scholarship Fund
Our general scholarship fund was established to help students overcome the everyday
financial barriers that can stall academic progress. Whether it is bridging the gap
for essential textbooks or providing the tuition assistance needed to reach the finish
line, this fund ensures that a lack of resources never stands between a dedicated
student and their graduation.

Carolyn Smith-Clark & Dr. Burton A. Clark Endowed Scholarship Fund
Established by nationally recognized Executive Fire Officer and author Dr. Burt Clark
in memory of his wife, Carolyn, this fund is dedicated to helping women study, enter,
and lead within the fire service. Beyond providing essential scholarships for female
students in public safety leadership programs, the fund fosters a vibrant professional
community through panel discussions and events that showcase the vital contributions
of women to the field.
